This summer, start your day with Morning Flow Yoga — a 45-minute guided session designed to awaken your body and center your mind. Held in Trudvang, the cozy, historic house in the heart of Aurland (also home to the town’s charming cinema), these classes offer a peaceful space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

  • Fits perfectly with shared sauna sessions at 8:00 & 10:00
