How to become a member
Buy your membership
The membership costs NOK 500 and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It does not renew automatically.Make sure you register the correct name
The membership is personal and must be registered in the name of the person who will use it.Buying a membership for someone else? Register your own name and email as the “main traveller”, and enter the recipient’s name under “Activities and other”.
Find your membership code
After purchasing your membership, you will receive an email from us. Click “View tickets” to open your membership card.Your membership code is shown directly below the QR code and will look something like this: PCS-927KCW. This is the code you use when booking sauna sessions at the member price.
Save your membership code somewhere easy to find
Keep your membership code somewhere you can easily find it again – preferably somewhere you can copy it from when making a booking.You can ignore the rest
You do not need the reservation number, QR code or “external code” on your membership card.You only need the membership code below the QR code and the expiry date of your membership.

How to book sauna as a member
Book your sauna session
Go to fjordsauna.no, click “Book now” and choose your session, location and date.Enter your membership code
Click “I have a code” and enter your personal membership code. The member price will be applied automatically.Choose a time and complete your booking.
Enjoy your sauna session
Arrive at your booked time. If you are joining an Aufguss Ritual, we ask you to arrive 10 minutes before the session starts.Your membership is personal, and we may ask you to show ID when you arrive.
A little welcome gift for you!
All new members receive a small welcome gift from FjordSauna. The first 50 members also receive a KNUT tote bag.
After signing up, you will receive information by email about how to collect your welcome gift.
Buying a membership as a gift?
Sure thing! Simply register your own name and email as the “booking contact”, and enter the recipient’s name as the “traveller” under “Activities and other”. You’ll receive the membership details via e-mail, and may share the membership code with the recipient however you want.

The membership is personal and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
Your membership code may only be used by the person registered as the member. We may ask you to show ID when you arrive.

You must be 18 years or older to purchase and use a FjordSauna membership.

The membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
It does not renew automatically. If you would like to continue as a member after it expires, you will need to purchase a new membership.

Member prices vary by season.
FjordSauna may adjust member prices and seasonal periods. If a change affects your existing membership, we will notify you by email.

Our standard booking and cancellation terms apply. Bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before the session.
After this deadline, we cannot guarantee changes or refunds.
A session booked at the member price is personal and cannot be transferred to someone else.

Our standard sauna rules apply to all members.
Please respect the other guests and the rules for the session you have booked. For example, alcohol and talking are not permitted during Silent Sauna sessions.

Make sure you are using the membership code directly below the QR code on your membership card – not the reservation number, QR code or external code.

Members get special prices on Shared Sauna, Silent Sauna, Shared Aufguss Rituals and Private Sauna in both Flåm and Aurland.
Members also receive special prices on selected events and special sessions.
Prices and discounts vary depending on the season and session.

Summer is our high season, with much higher demand. Member prices are therefore higher during the summer months.
This also helps us stay open throughout the year and offer especially good member prices during the rest of the year.

Flåm: Open daily throughout the year, except 24 December. From May to September, we generally offer sessions from morning to evening. From October to April, sessions are usually in the afternoon and evening.
Aurland: Open daily from May to September. From October to April, we are normally open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Closed December 24th and 25th.
