Each guest books their own spot, making it ideal for individuals or friends seeking a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Choose from a classic shared sauna, a guided ritual with our Sauna Master, or a silent session for a calm, meditative experience — all with stunning fjord views.

Relax and unwind in our classic 90-minute shared sauna session — the most common way to experience FjordSauna.

Enjoy the warmth of the sauna, refreshing fjord dips, and beautiful views while sharing the space with others. With up to 12 guests per session, the atmosphere is social, relaxed, and welcoming.

Shared Sauna - Late Night Aufguss Ritual

Flåm location only. Daily at 21:30-22:30 from June 1st to August 30th (please arrive 10 min. early).

Slow down at the end of the day with this 60-minute guided sauna ritual, our most exclusive shared sauna experience limited to maximum 8 guests.

Led by our Sauna Master, the session includes two aufguss rounds using calming essential oils, music, and fan movements that circulate the heat through the sauna. Between rounds, cool down with refreshing fjord dips before returning to the warmth. After the ritual, you can enjoy the remaining time in the sauna at your own pace

Towels, seat pads, and our natural body scrub are included. No prior sauna experience needed.

Shared Sauna - Silent

Aurland location only. Available September-May.

Enjoy a 90-minute shared sauna session in a calm and quiet atmosphere.

This session is designed for those who prefer a more peaceful sauna experience. Relax in silence while enjoying the warmth of the sauna, refreshing fjord dips, and beautiful fjord views. Soft, calming music plays in the background to create a relaxing atmosphere.

No talking. No alcohol.

Shared Sauna - Aufguss Ritual

Flåm & Aurland. Available September-May.

Experience a 90-minute shared sauna session featuring a guided aufguss ritual led by our Sauna Master.

The session begins with two guided aufguss rounds, where the Sauna Master pours water infused with essential oils onto the hot stones and uses rhythmic fan movements to circulate the heat throughout the sauna. Music accompanies the ritual. After the guided rounds, you have about 45–60 minutes to enjoy the sauna at your own pace.

Towels, seat pads, and our natural body scrub are included. No prior sauna experience needed.
