11:30 - 14:00: Winter FjordSafari
Embark on an open RBB boat journey through the breathtaking Aurlandsfjord and UNESCO-listed Nærøyfjord. With a small group size ensuring an intimate atmosphere, your knowledgeable guide will share captivating tales of local history and wildlife. Keep your eyes open for seals, porpoises, and majestic eagles soaring above. Our journey includes a stop in the charming village of Undredal for a warm drink and a chance to try the famous goat cheese. You can add a cheese tasting for NOK 150 (pay at FjordSafari before departure) or explore the village at your leisure during our stop.
18:00: Ægir Viking Plank Dinner
As evening falls, you'll find yourself at the cozy Ægir BrewPub, where the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with driftwood walls and a crackling fireplace. The 5-course Viking Plank dinner is a feast for the senses. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with craft beers from Ægir Brewery, blending traditional ingredients with modern cuisine. The flavors are rich and satisfying, ensuring a truly memorable dining experience.
